Cancellation Policy

*No cameras/camcorders/any type of recording device (this includes cell phone cameras) are allowed during the session unless prior arrangement has been made with photographer. *Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that client arrives 5 minutes prior to the start of session. There is likely another session in front of you and behind you so please be respectful of others. *Please make sure hair is combed and face is clean and free of runny noses or eyes. Time slots are set amount of minutes, therefore arriving on time for your session is very important. Each session will start at the time it was scheduled. Arriving late will shorten the length of your session. No outfit changes please. Cancellation due to weather is at the photographer’s discretion only. There are no refunds given for mini session fee/s upon cancellation, or due to no show. However, if the cancellation is within 24 hours, you may use the credit toward a future mini session, if booked within 2 months of the mini session date. Re-shoots/Refunds. Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up or hair related issues or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. Copyright and Reproductions. The Photographer owns the copyright for all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions and use, or for display within or on the Photographer’s website and/or studio. If the Photographer desires to make other uses. The client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the Photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is strictly prohibited {Copyright Law Title 17, Appendix V. Additional Provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act 2005, Section 102} without the written permission of the Photographer. Client’s Usage. The Client shall only use the prints, including digital files, in accordance with the permissions within this agreement.
